RULES FOR PUBLIC AUCTION

The sale is held the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month at 11:00 A.M.
All bidders must be registered with the office prior to the start of the sale
A $400 cash refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
A list of our vehicles will be posted 7 days before the next auction. The list will include Make, Model & Year
Inspection of vehicles will be after 9:30 AM the day of the sale.
The winning bidder must pay for each vehicle purchased by 5:00 PM and the $400 cash deposit will go towards your purchase.
Vehicles may not be removed prior to full payment via cash or cashiers check.
Buy Fee's will be applied for each purchase.
- $1-$4,999= $200 Fee
- $5,000- $9,999= $250 Fee
- $10,000-$15,999= $300 Fee
- $16,000-UP= $350 Fee
