We are excited to tell you more about the auction and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest standards of professional and personal service in the industry. 

If you're tired of the corporate auctions seeing you as nothing more than a number or taking advantage of you with unreasonable fee's, please give us a shot to earn your business. 

Whether you're a large or small car dealer we will work with you to make sure every visit to DAA is a positive experience. We can take on large and small inventories, private collections, late model trades, push/pull vehicles. We are just a phone call away.

AUCTION DETAILS

RULES FOR PUBLIC AUCTION

  1. The sale is held the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month at 11:00 A.M. 

  2. All bidders must be registered with the office prior to the start of the sale 

  3. A $400 cash refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. 

  4. A list of our vehicles will be posted 7 days before the next auction. The list will include Make, Model & Year

  5. Inspection of vehicles will be after 9:30 AM the day of the sale. 

  6. The winning bidder must pay for each vehicle purchased by 5:00 PM and the $400 cash deposit will go towards your purchase. 

  7. Vehicles may not be removed prior to full payment via cash or cashiers check. 

  8. Buy Fee's will be applied for each purchase.

    • $1-$4,999= $200 Fee

    • $5,000- $9,999= $250 Fee

    • $10,000-$15,999= $300 Fee

    • $16,000-UP= $350 Fee

ABOUT US

Dayton Auto Auction is the Miami Valley's leading independent auto auction. DAA was established in 1950. Jim Foot opened the Dayton Dixie Auto Auction in a Quonset hut on North Dixie Dr in Dayton, Ohio. In 1953 it was sold and moved to a new building across the street where it stayed until 1990 when it assumed its present home two miles north of its original location.

The Dayton Auto Auction has been under the same ownership and management since 1985 and we have kept it a two-lane auction with personal service being the core of the business. Our experienced staff deliver the best customer service possible. We treat the buyer and sellers fair and equal and strive to promote an inclusive workplace.
